Banker's Guarantee Processing & Administration: Process and administer a high volume of Banker's Guarantees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements. This includes pre-processing/processing of banker guarantee/SBLC application and amendment and miscellaneous functions and complying with the stipulated turnaround time. Client Interaction & Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients to provide updates on the status of Banker's Guarantee transactions and address any queries. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and ensure all processes are compliant. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk.
The role will incorporate Gen AI in several ways, including: Automated Document Review: Gen AI can assist in reviewing guarantee applications for completeness and accuracy, reducing manual effort and improving turnaround time. Risk Assessment & Fraud Detection: AI-powered systems can be used to identify potential risks and fraudulent activities associated with Banker's Guarantees. Predictive Analytics: Gen AI can be used to forecast future demand for Banker's Guarantees, enabling proactive resource allocation and capacity planning. Process Automation: Gen AI can help automate repetitive tasks, freeing up the analyst to focus on more complex and value-added activities. (Work location: West) Duration: 6 months contract
