Serve as the primary point of contact on billing inquiries and discrepancies. Manage relationships with clients locally and overseas for retention and provide good after-sales service to ensure customers’ satisfaction. Coordinate with other sections and departments on customers’ requirements and contract terms. Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Actively engage customers to promote the Company and generate new sales leads. Prepare billing reports and metrics to offer insights into performance and trends.
Degree in Engineering (Aerospace / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering) or Business. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Aviation or MRO industry. Excellent team player with analytical, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. Able to work independently and be creative in developing solutions. Relevant knowledge and experience in aviation is an advantage. Periodic travel to various parts of the world may be required.
