IBM APIC, Datapower, devportal, Analytics, DPOD etc. Learn other technologies and support the packages which includes AEM(Adobe Experience Manager), OpenText AppWorks platform, iHub, OTDS, Tibco, DollarU, SharePoint etc. Install, set-up, upgrade, administer & maintain package softwares such as, IBM. Datapower/ IBM API Connect / Developer Portal, IBM Security products in pre-prod and production environments. Installation, configuration, integration, backup and troubleshooting of the packages. Experience in handling security compliance and audits. Achieve SLAs of 99.95% and 30-minute resolution time for Sev1 incidents. Monitor, fine-tune, troubleshoot and resolve package related issues Track the security vulnerabilities released by the product vendors closely and apply the patches or hotfixes for the packages following the patch management process. Track and review the software lifecycle for the packages and upgrade to supported version if any software reaching end of support. Work with vendors on products defects and implement workarounds/solutions provided. 24/7 operational support for supporting packages. Interface with client stakeholders (Security, Infrastructure, Architecture & Application teams)
