Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, gathering requirements and providing regular updates. Manage client expectations, ensuring alignment with project deliverables. Facilitate communication between technical teams, business teams, and external vendors. Budget & Resource Management: Track project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial constraints. Optimize resource allocation and workload distribution across multiple projects. Quality Assurance & Risk Management: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality deliverables. Identify potential risks and create contingency plans to address challenges proactively. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports and post-project reviews. Provide executive updates and insights to leadership on project status and key milestones.
