Product Development: Work closely with the Product Director to manage the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch. Market Research: Conduct market research and gather insights to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for product innovation. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and develop detailed product specifications. Roadmap Management: Assist in developing and maintaining a comprehensive product development roadmap in alignment with business goals and market demands. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth product development and launch. User Experience Optimization: Work with UX/UI designers to ensure the product meets customer expectations for ease of use and functionality. Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance and gather feedback from customers and internal teams to inform future product enhancements and iterations. Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor products and market positioning to identify gaps and opportunities for ChainUp’s products. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of product features, specifications, and user guides. Support Product Director: Assist the Product Director in formulating product strategy, preparing reports, and presenting product plans to senior management.
