We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer to support, maintain, and enhance our existing applications while developing new modules based on project requirements. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling system integrations and backend development. Responsibilities Application Development & Maintenance Support and maintain existing .NET applications to ensure smooth operation. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues efficiently. Develop new modules and features as per project requirements. Write and optimize complex stored procedures in MSSQL to improve performance. Work on backend development and system integrations to enhance application capabilities. Follow secure coding practices to ensure application security and compliance. Stay up to date with new technologies and industry trends, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt. Issue Resolution & Support Act as the first point of contact for issue resolution via Email, NCODE JIRA, WhatsApp, and Phone. Gather and document incident details from end users. Implement issue fixes and deployment in a timely manner. Track incidents and ensure resolution within defined SLA timelines. Change Request Management Prepare Impact Analysis (IA) for Change Requests within SLA timelines. Collaborate with the team to ensure proper implementation of approved changes. Documentation & Compliance Update and maintain essential documentation, including: Functional Specifications (FS) Technical Specifications (TS) User Guides Operations Manuals Conduct risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities. Assist with audit support by coordinating with end users. To keep the Project Manager in the loop at all times, and request assistance from the PM if challenges are encountered.
