Job Detail

Adhere to safety protocols, policies, and procedures; address risky behaviours of self and others. Collaborate effectively with team members to complete work assignments. Perform repetitive tasks in a GMP environment, ensuring a clean workspace. Prepare reports such as daily pass-downs, track equipment inventory, and manage maintenance and repairs. Monitor and maintain supplies inventory, issuing equipment and supplies as needed. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment by employees. Report personnel and customer issues to the supervisor promptly. Maintain accurate records, including training, inspections, and data collection. Ensure logbook compliance, accurately completing tasks according to site SOPs. Assist Supervisor in completing punch list items when necessary. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction. Understand reporting systems and respond effectively in critical situations. Consistently follow all customer and SBM SOPs and procedures. Respond to customer requests in a professional and courteous manner. Fully train in area job functions for specific shift assignment and area classification including wall, floors, ceiling, glass windows, wipe-downs, maintenance issue reporting and shut-down cleaning. Accurately complete daily cleaning logs. Be trained and certified in gowning procedures for the assigned area and complete all required training modules. Complete all safety certifications, including chemical safety and support shift lead with work orders and identified tasks for the assigned area.
