We are looking for a skilled Full Stack .NET Developer to support, maintain, and enhance our existing .NET applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing new features, optimizing database performance, and ensuring application security and compliance. Responsibilities Application Development & Maintenance Support and maintain existing .NET applications, including scalable full-stack applications. Enhance existing systems and implement new features based on business needs. Optimize MSSQL databases, including writing and maintaining complex stored procedures. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the entire application stack. Follow secure coding practices to ensure application security and compliance. Stay up to date with new technologies and industry trends, with a willingness to adapt. Issue Resolution & Support Act as the first point of contact for issue resolution via Email, NCODE JIRA, WhatsApp, and Phone. Gather information from end users regarding incidents and provide timely issue resolution. Complete issue fixes and ensure successful deployment. Track incidents and ensure resolution within defined timelines. Assist the Project Manager (PM) with issue support and keep them informed at all times. Change Request Management Prepare Impact Analysis (IA) for Change Requests within SLA timelines. Ensure timely implementation of approved changes while maintaining system stability. Documentation & Compliance Update and maintain Functional Specifications (FS), Technical Specifications (TS), User Guides, and Operations Manuals of the systems. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential system vulnerabilities. Support audits by assisting end users and providing necessary documentation.
