Recruitment Executives are to responsible to support the Business Development Manager in the operations aspect through but not limited to recruitment activities, ensuring all operations can run smoothly.
1. To serve as an integral role as a recruiter in fulfilling clients' staffing needs. 2. Handle full spectrum of recruitment and talent acquisition matters 3. Conduct Interviews/phone screening and select potential candidates to meet clients' requirements. 4. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients 5. Developing connections and new business and relationship management sources with existing accounts. 6. Networking and building relationships with business partners and jobseekers 7. Other ad-hoc duties apply
