Implement Workplace Safety and Health Management System (WSHMS) & Risk Management (RM) on sites Clarify WSH Program Requirements to employees or other departments. Identify current risks and hazards on site (through audits and inspections), recommend & propose corrective actions, initiate implementation, and follow up till closure. The weekly safety site walk shall be the platform. Inspect site equipment (including HSE equipment), machinery, tools, and vehicles at appropriate intervals. Responsible for implementation and compliance of the HSE plan, inclusive but not limited to daily, weekly, & monthly HSE-related checklists, safety site walks, and monthly site safety meetings. Report and investigate incidents (including minor injuries, near misses, and property damages), and verify that corrective actions are implemented. Plan pro-active measure to ensure site is working safely. Advice the operation team to plan the work on site safely. Responsible for the HSE & environmental conditions implemented on the job site as per the regulatory, Keller’s & Client’s requirements. Keller’s HSE plan & program shall be the reference and guideline for compliance. Ensure the implementation of collective action, toolbox, safety campaign, and any Keller’s HSE initiatives may it local or global. i.e: platform safety check, Mandatory safe 6 practices. Responsible for the compliance of ISO requirements & regulations at the workplace inclusive but not limited to the diesel storage permit (SCDF) and equipment license (NEA/ AE) & etc. Responsible for the Safety programs implementation on Site. Mitigate and close all Corrective & preventive actions. (CAPA). To perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior. To handle multiple Sites and ensure all Keller HSE requirements are in place and every individual complies with Safety. Lead the sites in Safety initiatives and campaigns launched within the organization. Ensure all Safety KPI on site are complied. Advice and remind employees of past safety incidents and shall not repeat them. Report site monthly HSE updates timely.
