Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and market conditions to make informed purchasing decisions. Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.
Minimum 3 years purchasing experience in food service supply chain. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or its equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving cost savings and favorable contract terms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in procurement software and tools, such as SAP, MS Offices applications.
