Safely operate aircraft in accordance with CASA regulations, company procedures, and industry best practices. Conduct pre-flight planning, including weather analysis, route planning, weight and balance calculations, and fuel planning. Perform pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight aircraft checks. Ensure the highest levels of passenger safety and comfort. Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company with professionalism at all times. Maintain accurate flight logs and documentation. Communicate effectively with dispatch, maintenance, and ground personnel. Stay current with all required training, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
