Responsible for overall administrator and management of Maintenance Management System (MMS) and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of maintenance activities of Maintenance and Engineering (M&E) Group Ensuring proper configuration and maintenance for MMS and analyzing maintenance performance data, implementing process improvements, and supporting asset reliability efforts Maintain user roles, data quality and system's performance Provide user support and ensure system performance monitoring and troubleshoot Maximo-related issues Perform routine maintenance on MMS Develop custom reports and dashboards to track and report on the effectiveness of maintenance interventions and the resulting improvements in asset performance Facilitate audits conducted by internal auditors, the authority, and other external agencies Facilitate and coordinate external projects with LTA and/or external parties May be required to perform work during night hours and over weekends/public holidays
