Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive, Imaging Informatics (Radiology)

You will be involved in the management, optimization, and support of imaging informatics systems to ensure seamless workflows and enhanced patient care. You will also serve as a key resource for first-level on-call support, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues. Your job duties include: - Oversee the implementation, integration, and maintenance of imaging informatics systems, including RIS, PACS, and EMR. - Support the development and utilization of AI solutions in medical imaging for improved efficiency and diagnostic accuracy - Serve as the first point of contact for imaging-related system issues, providing on-call support to address and resolve urgent problems - Collaborate with radiologists, clinicians, and IT teams to ensure efficient data flow and image accessibility - Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize system utilization - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements - Document and escalate unresolved issues to second-level support or vendors when necessary - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data security protocols - Participate in system upgrades, testing, and validation to maintain optimal performance."
