Job Title: Patient Service Associate (Call Centre) – Shift Work Location: Woodlands South MRT (NS9/TE2), 30 Woodlands Avenue 2, Singapore 738343 Bonus: SGD 400 allowance, annual performance bonus Work Days: 5-Day Week (inclusive of 1 weekend workday) Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and instant messaging - Manage operational protocols such as fire and emergency messages - Liaise with other departments to resolve enquiries and requests - Record and manage customer feedback professionally - Perform accurate data entry into the CRM system and maintain updated records - Participate in trainings, assessments, and audits as required Key Skills: - Customer Service & Patient Communication - CRM Data Management - Microsoft Office Suite - Interpersonal & Problem-Solving Skills - Healthcare Administration Knowledge (advantage) - B2B & Accurate Data Entry Shift Hours (Rostered): AM Shift: 7:30am – 5:00pm MID Shift: 11:30am – 9:00pm (1-hour meal break per shift)

Job Requirements

- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) - Pleasant personality with strong customer service orientation - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry - Experience with CRM systems and healthcare administration preferred
