Strategic Planning: Orchestrate the full strategic planning to set the outline such as objectives and targets of the outreach programs. Market Trends: Understand the behaviors of both jobseekers and clients to better tailor these outreaches to the intended audiences. Develop creative campaigns to drive sales growth. Recruitment Team Talent Acquisitions: Shadow the full recruitment cycle: Sourcing, Screening and interviewing of candidates HR Analytics: Internalize the pain points for recruiters to better tailor the products and services meet this challenges. Project Management: Undertake HR projects that are ongoing to better understand the implementations for employability facilities services.
