Supervision & Team Leadership · Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors. · Assign daily tasks and ensure timely completion. · Train, guide, and evaluate maintenance team performance. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance · Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and guestroom systems. · Respond to maintenance service requests and repair issues promptly. · Monitor energy and utility systems to ensure efficient operation. Facility Upkeep · Ensure all areas of the hotel are well-maintained, including guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and exterior grounds. · Monitor cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all equipment and systems. · Inspect property regularly to identify areas requiring attention. Inventory & Budget · Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment. · Assist in the preparation and management of maintenance budgets. · Track maintenance costs and ensure cost-effective operations. Communication & Coordination · Liaise with other departments to prioritize maintenance requests. · Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or projects. · Maintain accurate records of work performed, maintenance logs, and reports.
