The Patient Service Associate provides frontline administrative and operational support by facilitating patient registration, appointment scheduling, and enquiries across healthcare settings. The role also involves handling payments and financial counselling, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring smooth coordination of patient flow. In addition, PSAs support basic clinical activities such as preparing patients and equipment, performing simple measurements, and assisting in procedures, contributing to a more integrated and patient-centred care delivery model.
Candidates should possess a GCE āNā Level or above, with good communication and interpersonal skills to engage patients and caregivers effectively. Basic computer literacy is required to support administrative and digital workflows. Candidates should be organised, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in service-related roles is an advantage but not required. Staggered office working hours according to rostered schedule. Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm, 8.30am to 5.30pm, 9am to 6pm) Saturday (8am to 12pm, 8.30 am to 12.30 pm, 9am to 1pm)
