Provides performance counselling, coaching, motivation and performance reviews to the Park Ambassador team members. Participates in development, planning and implementation of systems and facilities in relation to admission, cleaning and show readiness of the parks. Prepares updates, reports and presentations to Senior Management to communicate business trends and growth opportunities. Interacts with outside vendors and consultants to procure products and services and also to work on A&A works and projects for continual improvement of park safety, cleanliness and show readiness. Work closely with other Business Units on ongoing projects to ensure their requirements are met.
Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Tourism or any other relevant discipline. Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Possess a high degree of flexibility to cope with non-routine work as well as unfamiliar processes. Ability to work indoors and outdoors with exposure to vibrations, loud noises and occasional heights. Ability to work a flexible schedule to perform shift work, including weekends and Public Holidays.
