To attend to all guest situations and ensure appropriate resolution of the matter in the Park (USS / Adventure Cove Waterpark). Attend to escalated guest concerns and addressing them in a friendly and approachable disposition. Provides assistance and work direction to team members, ensuring compliance to departmental standards including grooming standards. Perform various administrative duties and shift paperwork/reports, and to work closely with Duty Managers and management team on monitoring work flow processes. Ensure the show readiness of the parks to enhance guest experience. To ensure that the inventories are maintained at all times. Maintain the park cleanliness (including restrooms).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a supervisory capacity. GCE N Level/O Level/ITE Certificate/Diploma in Tourism or any other relevant discipline. Secondary education with the right attitude will be considered. Service oriented and enjoy interacting with people. Willing to work in the evenings, weekends, public holidays in unsheltered area with long hours standing/walking. Relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
