Attend meetings and liaise with clients and consultants in the adminstration of projects; Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to calculate in the administration of projects; Prepare various buildings contracts, piling contracts, nominated subcontracts and contract formalisation; Measure & take off quantities for structural & architectural work elements; Prepare pre and post contract administration in terms of costing claims, variation orders, final accounts and evaluation of progress claims; Administer subcontracts on quotation, tenders, budgets, costing, payments, variation orders, extension of time and final accounts
