Develop and implement global strategic plans for assigned customer accounts, ensuring alignment with Molex’s long-term growth and profitability goals. Act as the focal point for global pricing strategies, including pricing contracts, profit splits, and other strategic pricing decisions, in collaboration with various entities and divisions. Proactively manage and coordinate new product development activities between customers and Molex design centers worldwide to foster innovation and customer satisfaction. Oversee global manufacturing, delivery, and quality performance initiatives, assisting other divisions or entities to address customer requirements. Stay current on emerging technologies within assigned accounts and develop actionable strategies to position Molex as a leader in those areas. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within customer organizations to drive collaboration and success. Prepare and present forecast reports, contract analyses, and performance tracking updates to ensure informed decision-making across the organization. Participate in the creation of annual and long-term business plans aimed at increasing market share and meeting financial objectives. Travelling may be required

Job Requirements

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field of study. More than 3 years of sales or marketing experience in the connector industry. More than 2 years of sales or marketing experience in related industries (e.g., automotive, industrial, medical, consumer). Strong communications skills that demonstrate the ability to prepare and deliver concise effective presentations to customers and Molex personnel. Good organization skills to anticipate, plan, prioritize and self-monitor workload and manage customer issues on a worldwide basis. Interpersonal skills to effectively work with co-workers and external contacts to respond positively to situations. Experience in MS Office Tools, SAP, Salesforce and other commercial softwares. What Will Put You Ahead Advanced degree, such as an MBA, is preferred. Previous supervisory experience demonstrating leadership capabilities.
