Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Team Leader or Supervisory role within the hospitality industry Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to deliver outstanding customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle challenging situations with ease Thorough understanding of food and beverage service standards, as well as event planning and coordination Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
