Our flagship software, WebOrion® (https://www.weborion.io), is already used by large enterprise customers such as Banks, Government, Telcos, and Large Forbes Global 2000 companies spread across Asia including Australia, Indonesia, India, Philippines, Hong Kong and Singapore. Moving forward, we are building cutting edge defenses in GenAI security including a Secure Collaborative GenAI workspace called CoSpaceGPT. We are looking for a customer success engineer who loves to champion our products and technologies to mid-market and large customers in Singapore and the SE Asia. What you will be working on: Promote our GenAI and Web Security products to customers through technical presentations, demos and webinars Conduct technical proof of concepts for selected customers Prepare proposals and respond to compliance and clarifications from tenders and RFPs Assist in customer onboarding, training and conduct user acceptance tests Assist in post-delivery administrative tasks Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify feature gaps and enhancement opportunities Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and test out new features and enhancements Provide level 2 customer service support
At least one year of experience in customer facing roles such as presales or post sales engineering Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent Strong passion and energy to learn new technologies related to GenAI and cybersecurity Excellent soft skills to handle different customer profile Able to speak and write well Based in Singapore
