Summary of main activities / possible strategic job objectives: Process Technician I/Operators are responsible for executing production processes within a production cell. They must be capable of independently performing these tasks and actively contributing to the achievement of production objectives. - Operators are trained across multiple processes and have successfully completed cross-training. - Operators are also expected to follow the established Continuous Improvement processes and the corresponding working instructions as part of their duties 2 Tasks assigned to the position A) Tasks in detail Follows the currently valid guidelines (e.g. working instructions, process descriptions, hygiene rules, environmental protection guidelines, cGMP, clear table policies) Independent execution of different process steps Participates in the Continuous Improvement process (e.g. minimize waste) Ensure safe work environment with 5s on workshop Achieve zero workplace accidents Ensure compliance with established quality benchmarks, actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, and promote a culture of quality within the cell
