1. Coordinate and liaise with customers, forwarders and warehouse for shipment readiness and delivery schedules. 2. Prepare and handling of day to day documents for delivery. 3. Assist and update with stock queries and shipment schedules. 4. Liaise with warehouse for shipments. 5. Prepare monthly reports for KPI. 6. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Minimum GCE "O" level with 1 year of relevant experience in related field. Basic understanding on shipping and warehousing knowledge. Good interpersonal skill and customer service oriented. Working location at Tuas Bay Drive (Transport pickup at MRT)
