- Supervise and lead a team of security officers - Conduct daily briefings, patrols, and manage access control - Work closely with client representatives and follow SOPs - Manage incidents, respond to alarms, and escalate when necessary - Provide on-the-job training (OJT) for new officers - Handle emergencies and support fire drills - Maintain accurate reports and documentation
