Job Detail

Assist Sous Chef/ Junior Sous Chef with the kitchen work. Preparation and cooking food according to assigned menus. Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients. Ensure high standard of cleanliness and hygiene maintained in the kitchen at all times. Any other job duties as assigned by the superior. Area cleaning.

Able to carry 10kg-15kg Able to work rotating shifts & 6 days/week (including weekends & PH) Service-oriented and a team player Work Hours (Full-Time) - Rotating shifts: 7am -3pm; 2pm -10pm; 3pm-11pm (depend on the foodcourt/coffee shop/hawker) - 6 days/ week including weekends and public holidays
