1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Construction, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 2. Strong domain understanding of data center operations, particularly colocation business models. 3. Prior experience delivering software solutions into critical infrastructure or OT (Operational Technology) environments is a strong advantage. 4. Familiarity with common DC systems such as BMS, EMS, DCIM, and SCADA. 5. Hands-on use of project tracking tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, or Microsoft Project. 6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
