We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager, Finance to drive financial excellence and shape strategic decisions within our hospitals. Responsibilities: SCH Group Financials - Ensures month-end and year-end closings are completed timely and accurately for Sengkang Community Hospital and the Group-level - Prepares monthly and annual financial statements, including management reports with trend analysis - Drive financial analysis and presentation for Management meetings - Coordinate external audit processes and corporate tax matters SCH Group Budget - Lead the budgeting process, including template preparation and coordination across business units - Provide strategic recommendations through budget review and analysis Team Leadership - Guide team sucess through structured goal-setting - Foster a positive team culture that support professional growth
