As Department Manager, you will be taking decisions and responsible for the success of an entire Sport ecosystem in the store, including the recruitment, coaching and development of your own teammates. What are the working hours like ? 44 hours a week. Department managers also work according to shifts, so there may be week-end work (1 day off during week-ends, 1 off during the week). What are the career opportunities after Department manager ? Traditionally you can then evolve into Store operations manager, Customer service manager or Store leader in training. But everyone has a different career path and it is up to you to build it ! We have many internal opportunities.
