1. TO GUARANTEE THE CIRCULAR SERVICES (REPAIR, MAINTENANCE, SECOND LIFE, BUYBACK, RENT) Main Objective: Implement and lead the store’s circular economy strategy to ensure sustainable customer satisfaction and economic performance. Key Responsibilities: Deliver all circular services effectively (repair, maintenance, buyback, second life, rental). Act as the store lead for circular economy projects. Lead store engagement in circular initiatives and ensure business continuity. Report circular economy performance and updates to store leadership. Oversee workshop efficiency: Manage pricing, deadlines, and service quality. Maintain equipment and tools. Optimize workflows (e.g., task planning, reception, services). Guarantee fast, high-quality equipment assessments and accurate billing. Ensure exceptional service across all circular touchpoints. 2. COMMERCIAL POLICY Main Objective: Drive commercial growth through service delivery, sales development, and strategic stock and shelf management. Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate, visible, and sales-aligned stock management. Sell and promote services across all channels (in-store, online, appointments). Use customer profiles to tailor offerings and enhance service quality. Develop and adapt omni-sales shelf displays based on activity and trends. Highlight and promote top offers with strong value vs. local competition. Develop your services in your local market: Conduct market analysis and define a 3-year workshop plan. Select and review local service ranges. Grow the community by attracting new users. Lead circular sales development both in-store and online. 3. MANAGEMENT Main Objective: Build, lead, and support an effective team structure that delivers results and fosters growth. Key Responsibilities: Create and coordinate team projects with regular planning and follow-up. Build the human structure to match business strategy and customer flow. Create and manage yearly and weekly schedules aligned with demand. Manage teammate performance and development (EID, upskilling, feedback). Recruit and onboard new talent based on team needs. Foster a proactive, supportive, and trust-based team culture. Encourage autonomy, celebrate wins, and manage interpersonal dynamics.
