Job Detail

1. Supervise term contractors in the maintenance of properties and facilities to accomplish maintenance program schedule, compliance to regulatory requirements, and to achieve operational efficiency 2. Manage and review service contracts to meet facilities management targets and to achieve cost-effective operations 3. Conduct schedule site inspection and KPI audit 4. Plan and supervise building and facilities upgrading projects 5. Prepare job specifications for tender/quotation exercise, evaluation submissions and recommend contract award 6. Monitor and maintenance services expenditure 7. Process invoice verification 8. Any other duties assigned

Job Requirements

1. Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Integrated Facility Management 2. Minimum 1-2 years of working experiences in Projects & Facilities Management and Sustainability 3. Experience in supervising external contractors for maintenance of properties and facilities 4. Proficiency in MS Office 5. Possess Project management skills 6. Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills 7. Able to be a good team-player 8. Able to work under pressure
