Lead end-to-end FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly variance analysis. Build and maintain robust financial models and dashboards to support scenario planning and key business decisions. Drive insightful analysis of financial results and business drivers; highlight risks, opportunities, and trends. Act as a strategic finance partner to business leaders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Present financial information in a clear, compelling way to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Support business cases, investment evaluations, and operational improvement initiatives. Own and execute detailed financial work—no task is too small. Roll up your sleeves to gather data, perform analysis, and ensure accuracy in reports and presentations. Identify areas for automation or simplification of existing processes and lead initiatives to implement them. Develop and deliver high-quality management reporting and dashboards. Use visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) to turn data into clear, actionable insights. Ensure financial reports are concise, intuitive, and tailored to the needs of different audiences. Continuously improve forecasting, reporting, and analytical tools and processes. Champion the use of technology in FP&A
