1. Operations Support • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations • Ensure smooth service during peak hours, including coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house teams. • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in the restaurant. • Help ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. 2. Team Leadership & Training • Assist in managing and motivating restaurant staff. • Help recruit, train, and develop new team members. • Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and support to staff. • Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff workloads. 3. Customer Service Excellence • Ensure that every guest receives exceptional service. • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally. • Encourage feedback from customers to improve service quality. 4. Financial & Inventory Management • Assist with monitoring and managing daily sales and expenses. • Help maintain inventory levels, and assist with ordering supplies and stock rotation. • Contribute to maintaining budget targets and minimizing waste. 5. Compliance & Reporting • Assist in ensuring all restaurant activities comply with company policies and local regulations. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the Restaurant Manager. • Ensure proper documentation for employee attendance, safety checks, and maintenance.
At least 1–3 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service, with prior supervisory experience an advantage. Strong understanding of front-of-house operations, service standards, and restaurant workflows. Proven ability to lead, guide, and support a service team, especially during peak periods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Confident in handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner. Familiarity with POS systems, billing, and basic cash handling procedures. Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in F&B operations. Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required. Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to take initiative in improving service quality.
