1. Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. 2. Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements. 3. Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
1) Prior experience in production or semicon assembly in a manufacturing/cleanroom environment (mechanical, pneumatics, electrical experience is a plus) 2) Diploma/NITEC/Higher NITEC in relevant engineering fields (manufacturing, production, mechanical, assembly etc) 3) Ability to multi-task, independent, meticulous, good team player, willing to learn, possess initiative and reliable 4) Good team player with initiatives and able to work under pressure and work overtime sometimes 5) Verifies specifications by measuring completed component. 6) Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.
