• Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns in line with the established integrated marketing communication strategies. • Collaborate with Center of Interest (COI) Marketing Managers to gain deep insights into target customers’ needs, behaviour, and media consumption. • Oversee creative production and ensure quality across all marcom assets and touchpoints. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using quantitative and qualitative metrics, applying insights for continuous improvement (PDCA). • Facilitate internal knowledge sharing across teams through sharing of best practices, industry trends and updated marketing assets. • Manage budgets effectively to maximise campaigns and advertising spend efficiency. • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners (e.g. agencies, media, etc.) for effective collaboration
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end marketing communications activities, preferably in the SEA market. • Knowledge of social media, context marketing, digital marketing, and event execution. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with key internal and external stakeholders. • Familiarity in B2B marketing and data analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics) is preferred. • Strong interest in the photography and camera market, and B2B marketing knowledge is advantageous.
