Our Company, a leader in value-added logistics and high-tech services, is recruiting... - Perform daily administrative/secretarial tasks. - Schedule/assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and/or conferences, events as appropriate to the position. - Manage and order office/pantry supplies. - Support inter-departments when necessary. - Communicate with external parties, guests, visitors, clients and vendors etc. - Assist in processing POs, orders for office/pantry supplies, hotel booking, flight tickets etc. - Assist in checking/updating POs job/delivery status. - Assist reconciling purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices. - Manage documents and filing system.
- Minimum Diploma holder in any discipline. - At least 2 years experience administrative and procurement environment. - Proficiency in English. - Good knowledge of MS office and computer literacy. - Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Well organized. Ability to meet deadlines with a good sense of urgency. - Meticulous and attention to details. - Responsible, proactive, show initiative to learn and adapt to changes. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
