Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Responsible for setting up of braiding and extrusion molding machine including ancillary equipment. - Responsible for operating braiding and extrusion molding machine including ancillary equipment. - Responsible for maintaining and updating of spare parts list of braiding and extrusion molding machine including ancillary equipment. - Respond to machine alarms in a timely manner. - Responsible for the continuous operation of production equipment. -Responsible for housekeeping of the shop floor (5S) - Ensure safety and housekeeping standards/regulations are being maintained - Any other responsibilities assigned by superior to meet company objective.
Education/Experience and Qualifications: - ITE/NITEC or Form 3 and above - Preferably a minimum of 1-year hands-on working experience in extrusion / braiding / molding in high volume manufacturing plant. - Preferably experience in handling & troubleshooting of extrusion / braiding / molding or similar machines preferred - Basic computer skill in Excel or Word - Excellent attention to detail and quality focus - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Able to work overtime in weekday/weekend when required - ISO quality system awareness - Fresh graduates can be considered as on the job training will be provided
