Job Summary: Assignments are done with minimal supervision. In this position, the Material Handler is skilled in the functions related to material management activities and responsible for managing, keeping and counting of materials in manufacturing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Involve and support Health and Safety programs (DWB, BBS, H&S meetings). • Ensure cleanliness of working place by performing line clearance following MPI0004 and 6S • Involve and support in Production/ Engineering improvement project (Kaizen). • Support day-to-day production activities • Overseeing material inventory and loading, monitoring production schedules to ensure all materials including consumables are stocked in sufficient amount • Develop process improvements to improve workflow efficiency, schedule and strategy to avoid downtime and delays. • Communicate production updates and errors to Supervisor on regular basis. • Work with Supply Chain for WO release and materials supplies to production • Ensuring inventory accuracy in Priority System and tally with Physical Inventory • Work with the team to perform stock taking for raw material and finished goods • Ensure proper storage of materials in manufacturing • Maintain and comply with ISO13485, GMP and FDA regulations
