1) Lead and oversee all operational departments: Planning, Design, Production, Assembly, QC, and Shipping. 2) Take end-to-end ownership of order execution — from first PO to final shipment — ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality output. 3) Develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency, reduce waste, and increase profitability. 4) Set up and lead cross-functional committees to resolve non-conformance issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence. 5) Monitor KPIs, production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow across all departments. 6) Build a disciplined, accountable, and high-performing team that respects and follows leadership. 7) Provide clear documentation of processes, decisions, and improvements for traceability. 8) Collaborate with the MD on operational insights, long-term planning, and growth strategies. 9) Ensure that operations consistently contribute to customer satisfaction and long-term profitability.
1) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; higher qualifications preferred. 2) Minimum 5–8 years of senior operations/production management experience, preferably in fabrication or mechanical parts manufacturing. 3) Proven leadership with ability to manage multiple functions and command respect. 4) Hands-on, decisive, and proactive in solving operational and quality challenges. 5) Strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills. 6) Excellent documentation and process management capabilities. 7) Exceptional communication in English; Mandarin is an advantage. 8) Committed to a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with strong focus on quality, delivery, and profitability. 9) The Operations Manager must possess exceptional leadership skills, able to guide and inspire teams across multiple functions, using a flexible approach that is firm when necessary but supportive and motivating.
