1. Quality Education Outcomes & Holistic Student Development: - Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for students - Assist teachers in preparing and producing learning materials and aids for the classroom - Support teachers in guiding students during lessons and classroom activities Support school events and after school curriculum (CCA, remediation, supplementary etc.) to enhance learning experience for students - Build strong rapport with students using positive behaviour strategies - Support teachers in planning of students’ individualised goals and objectives - Assist teachers by collecting data to understand student profile and monitor students’ learning and behavioural progress 2. Professional development: - Participate in department-wide meetings and professional development activities to upgrade relevant knowledge and skills
- Minimum qualification: GCE ‘N’ Level - No prior experience required, training will be provided - Passion to learn about autism and develop special needs students to maximise their talents and potential - Good verbal and written communication skills in English - Good problem-solving and organisational skills
