Work closely with outlet key holders in relation to outlet operations Improve outlet operations and procedure to enhance customer experience Work with various department on the set up of new outlet and monitor renovation works Responsible for monthly, weekly and daily sales reports Attend to customers complaints Maintain good working relationships with landlord, relevant authorities/ agencies, licensees and sub-contractors. Relevant Diploma in Retail or Food & Beverage Management Minimum 5 years’ experience in F&B retailing with the same capacity Experience in managing multiple outlets will be an advantage Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and management skills Resourceful and ability to work under pressure A team player and able to work independently Passionate about leading by example PC proficiency
