Place & Train Programme: WSQ Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) / WSQ Advance Certificate in Early Years (ACEY). Assist Centre Teachers in the daily programme to create a learner-centred environment where children can explore, experiment, and interact to learn* Be involved in simple action research projects. Role-model professionalism in appearance, speech and action to the children in the centre. Create a safe learning environment and to provide the best possible care to children under their charge.
At least successfully completed Secondary Two / Four (4) education, AND Attained an average SOA 5 in the Workplace Literacy (WPL) Series, AND Attained any one of the following: (a) credit in GCE ‘O’ level English as 1st language OR (b) minimum of band 5.5 in IELTS OR (c) an average SOA of 5 for WPL (Writing).
