• Build relationship with Clients and establish new contacts. • Attend daily Commercial Meeting and Weekly Commercial Meeting. • Manage tendering activities, including handling complaints and disputes through negotiation and settlement agreements, while ensuring RFQ compliance with technical, regulatory, and commercial requirements. • Maintain and update project databases and records, including the Inquiry Masterlist, Quotation Masterlist, Subcontractor Masterlist, QS server folders, and ERP system. • Prepare and manage the handover process for awarded tenders to relevant teams. • Provide regular project updates by preparing inputs for the Weekly Integrated Meeting. • Review and approve Purchase Orders (PO) and Work Orders (WO) raised by the SCM department. • Support subcontractor management by sourcing, selecting, and reviewing subcontractors, in coordination with the Operations team. • Assist in raising change orders during the construction phase and support the Operations team in preparing service reports. • Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Commercial Manager to support project and business needs.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in quantity surveying, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent. • Certifications related to contract management, procurement, or project management (e.g., MRICS, PMP) are a plus. • Preferred 2–4 years of relevant experience in a commercial/contracts/tendering role, ideally in construction, marine, or oil and gas industries. • Experience handling RFQs, tenders, purchase orders, and subcontractor engagement processes. • Familiarity with project handover procedures and cost tracking during construction. • Strong understanding of tendering processes, contractual terms, and commercial negotiations. • Experience preparing, reviewing, and submitting quotations, proposals, and contract documents.
