• Bachelor / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • While prior experience in a similar role within a digital transformation environment is preferred, we are also eager to consider fresh graduates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow in this career path. • Knowledge of business process automation, data analytics tools, and cloud solutions is preferred. • Preferred 2–5 years of experience in digital transformation, IT project management, or business process automation • Hands-on experience in implementing digitalization strategies to improve business efficiency and productivity. • Experience in training users and developing user guides for new digital tools and applications.
