• Lead in the presentation of the project proposals and execution of project deliverables. • Engage Client to obtain approval on proposed drawings. • Direct and manage Design and Engineering interface with production, operations, quality assurance, testing or maintenance. • Lead the research and development of new products and procedures. • Plan and monitor the workload of the designers/engineers. • Write performance reviews and solve internal issues. • Review, approve or modify product designs. • Draft proposals and reports for Clients. • Check technical accuracy of work.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Marine and Offshore Engineering or other related field. • Preferred 10 years of experience as a designer in the marine industry or landed projects (fit-out sector preferred). • Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Enscape, Photoshop or similar software • Strong understanding of architectural materials, installations, and fit-out processes (marine-related knowledge will be a plus) • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication abilities.
