HSE Engineer

Facilitate the maintenance and management of environmental health, safety, and well-being through systems, audit/inspection, and the establishment of high standards and expectations on employees of service excellence and safety awareness behaviours/performance. Conduct safety training for all operation activities and ensure HSE representatives are well-trained and well-equipped with HSE standards. Ensure compliance with EHS permits and licenses. Manage and maintain permits. Develop & update HSSE policies, guidelines, practices, management systems & tools to reflect Group’s requirements, ensuring they are implemented across entities. Conduct HSSE inspection, leads & provides support in major events/accident investigation where necessary, across entities & recommends improvement actions, sharing across entities to prevent reoccurrence. Perform an annual review of HSSE performance & identify gaps for improvement. Prepare and review all HSE documents related to offshore and onshore projects and operations matters. Attend daily vessel coordination meetings with customers as assigned by the project manager to facilitate the safe execution of works particularly in hot and any other incompatible works according to site conditions as and when required. Administer and plan for risk management with regard to all works carried out in ensuring the best safe work practices are in place. Any other responsibilities & authorities assigned by Management.
