• Provide overall management of procurement, logistic and store activities • Manage SCM team members daily tasks and activities • Conducts periodic appraisal of SCM team members in line with Management requirements • Set and monitor department Key Performance Indicators (“KPI”) and department goals; including reporting to KPIs to Management • Develop and execute supply chain strategies to ensure seamless procurement, inventory management, and logistics • Identify and propose practical solutions for procurement and logistics related issues during project execution • Promote efficient communication with internal stakeholders (Commercial, Operation, Production) to align supply chain goals with business objectives • Draft and manage compliance with company procurement Standard Operating Procedure (“SOP”) and policies • Ensure ERP data entry and approval in line with company SOP • Responsible for oversight of end-to-end management of vendors, including: • Evaluate new vendors and register them under Approved Vendor List (AVL) Manager, Supply Chain Management Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field • Master’s Degree or professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, SCPro) is an advantage • Preferred 5+ years in procurement and supply chain, with 2-3 years in a managerial role • Experience in vendor management, logistics, and inventory control • Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement SOPs • Skills and Competencies: • Manage and develop SCM team, set goals, and conduct appraisals • Negotiate terms, evaluate vendors, and build long-term relationships • Develop supply chain strategies, manage budgets, and forecast trends • Coordinate effectively with internal teams and vendors • Identify and resolve procurement/logistics issues • Integrate technology and sustainable practices in processes. • Address supply chain risks and create contingency plans. • Provide overall management of procurement, logistic and store activities • Manage SCM team members daily tasks and activities • Conducts periodic appraisal of SCM team members in line with Management requirements • Set and monitor department Key Performance Indicators (“KPI”) and department goals; including reporting to KPIs to Management • Develop and execute supply chain strategies to ensure seamless procurement, inventory management, and logistics • Identify and propose practical solutions for procurement and logistics related issues during project execution • Promote efficient communication with internal stakeholders (Commercial, Operation, Production) to align supply chain goals with business objectives • Draft and manage compliance with company procurement Standard Operating Procedure (“SOP”) and policies • Ensure ERP data entry and approval in line with company SOP • Responsible for oversight of end-to-end management of vendors, including: • Evaluate new vendors and register them under Approved Vendor List (AVL) • Identify core vendors and seek Management approval; • Conduct the evaluation and re-evaluation of core vendors • Monitor vendors’ performance annually according to the criteria set • Negotiate with vendors to achieve best possible pricing, taking into account timeframe and payment terms • Manage vendors to meet quality, safety and environmental objectives • Maintain vendors’ relationships and develop long-term relationships across the supply chain • Authorize the disqualification of vendors from AVL • Monitor and update on potential market trends or forecasts of material price increases or discontinuations, especially on those with high-cost impact. • Drive digitalisation and incorporate sustainability into procurement and logistics processes • Implement long-term supplier development plans to improve reliability and cost efficiency. • Identify risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions • Responsible for the approval of ad-hoc purchases • Work within the budget given for each project

Job Requirements
