Roles & Responsibilities ALG is currently recruiting for a Planning Assistant, for our engineering client, to work at the west side of Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity for a 2-year contract, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role after a 3-month probation period! Working Days: 5 Days (Monday - Friday) Working Hours: 7.30am - 5.15pm Job Responsibilities - Monitor and generate sales for the division - Plan production schedules to meet production schedules - Plan material purchases to meet production schedules - Raise PRs for direct materials for production - Allocate explosive lots for production - Create and maintain production orders for production tracking to meet delivery - Monitor production output and material availability for production - Keep traceability record whenever needed - Maintain BOM and routing in SAP - SAP Material Master - create materials, routings, work centres - MES system administrator - Ad-hoc task given by Manager/Senior

Job Requirements

- Higher NITEC or Diploma Grad are all welcome, in any field - Candidates with proficient in Microsoft Office Excel are preferred
